How can i start a sand storm in Eventlab?

as the title says,i would like to know how to start a sand/dust storm for a race in Eventlab,and the race takes place in Costa Rocosa,which i know can have sand storms

You basically just have to create an event with your event lab creation and then choose the weather you’d like.
I heard sometimes it doesn’t work on first try, so if you choose a certain weather and it doesn’t appear in the event, try to change the time of day and try again.
