In FM3 and 4 I used to go to an empty track and race against mine and my friend’s times to get a clean lap time on the leaderboards, I can’t see how to do it on FM5. I can see individual event leaderboards at the end of a race, but not the overall leaderboard, any tips please?
Those aren’t event leaderboards. Those are the actual leaderboards. Unfortunately there are no event leaderboards and there are no overall leaderboards. As the poster said above, the leaderboards as they stand now are in Rivals mode. You’ll find all the class based leaderboards there. Its a bit different from previous games and IMO wasn’t the best design choice.
D-: …oh my… that is a killer blow to me. That’s the sole way I played the game in FM3/4, setting times to compete with my friends and rising up the leaderboard. Gutted…
You can still do that. The only difference is that there is no overall roll-up. It’ll just be You vs. Them at each track in whatever class you like. So now if your LeMans or Ring time sucks, it doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things.
