How come my horn only works with my v99 steering wheel when I turn on Xbox x with Forza Horizon 5 when I unplug the controller from the steering wheel and plug it back in and also when I power off my Xbox randomly it powers back on when connected to the steering wheel through USB but if I disconnect the steering wheel after I power it off it doesn’t power back on is there a setting that I can do to fix this
