How does T10 justify a hoonigan livery, and take away our open spaces? It’s bad enough we lost out tag virus, but now you tease us with cars that scream open space mayhem! Instead they are caged on tracks that don’t feel appropriate.

play Horizon then. Forza Motorsport has always been circuit racing, Horizon is the open world.

. I love my circuit races, but also liked just hooning around the Open space and watching the replays in FM4. It’s a real shame, not sure how not having it is a good thing for anyone. Sure you could go play H3, but I prefer the physics of FM, and enjoy all aspects of motorsports, without traffic:+1:

The open airport was also associated with the playground games. Fair assumption would be the open Test Track coming out around the same time all of the playground games coming out. Don’t forget, the test track was once a download, and i believe you had to pay for it…
It’s just a shame we got used to playing around I. The test track on fm4 and airport in fm6, then get a collection of cars that are perfect for those settings…but have to settle for a closed circuit.
Also a ton of off-road options, stuck on paved roads, is kind of silly.
As for the one guy stating that I should play horizon…horizon felt like a flashy need for speed game to me…open world is cool, but an open playground like we had before, is all a ton of fm vets are asking for.
Hopefully we get an update soon that will bring that fun side of fm back.

I cannot remember which Forza it was but the game had a bunch of drift friendly tracks that were made expressly for the ability to Hoon to your hearts content. That would be awesome to bring some of those ones back again. I seem to remember one that you used to drift through buildings around shipping crates. it was not a Horizon edition either.

That would be the Airport Test Track full it was a big open area in FM6 is now a closed race track.

I know for a fact it was not FM6 I am thinking FM3 or FM4 maybe it was quite a few years ago, because I remember the guys that we used to run together on that particular track. I remember it had a few variations of the road portion but it would bring you through warehouse buildings.

I do really miss that feature. My 3 year old son loves to crash my cars in FM and I would just turn him loose in there for a while. But, I still have FM6 installed for him.

They’ll put the open airport test track back into the game in a future update - alongside the fun only modes like Virus/Tag e.t.c.
Forza 7 was clearly rushed to release by a few months.

Thanks guys I knew someone here would know for sure. I would like that particular test track to come back as me and the boys had tons of fun screwing around drifting
