Airfield Full. Not in free mode multiplayer?

I love the new test track open design. It’s a blast cruising around the whole map. That said, why is it only available for tag modes online? I would rather my friends and I could cruise around there without having to set it to tag. That doesn’t really work when tandem drifting and such.

I feel it was less of a decision against it but rather an oversight on T10’s part. Lately when I want to play forza I just go to my garage and test drive cars on that track for awhile and turn it off lol.

Can anyone tell me why the air field track variants are not available in free play?

Probably because they’re not circuits, just open spaces.

Would be amazin if it was avalible in private lobbies, so i can hav fun with friends.

I am up to drifter synch of 85% and have just the 10 airfield variants left to synch how do I do it?

All you need to do is go to Multiplayer and set up a private lobby, then change the game to tag, and the airfeild variations come up. They arnt in freeplay because they didnt want to waste time trying to program the drivatar to know how to play a non-race game like tag or virus. I use them for testing or just screwing around. You can also play them just in multiplayer. (thats for the open varients, not the drag strips. for those you change the game to drag)

You can also test drive on the airfield tracks, just go into the upgrade menu, then test drive, scroll over to test track and boom they are all there. You can’t race with friends, obviously, but you don’t have to set up a multiplayer lobby or worry about time limits.

thanks I did not realise I could do that. Also how do I turn off traction and stability control, when accessing the track through the upgrade menu?

I am trying to set up this track with a friend, but it seems the tag modes are the only ones that support the full track. Am I missing something? I would really like a free roam mode to play around with some friends.

Okay. I guess my thread was moved here instead. Couldn’t find a thread on it already…But this is stupid. The whole drivatar system is the reason for this maybe? I think it would have been better to have a free play so you can have fun with friends online, without playing tag, and having a time limit.

U can set handicap on 1.00 for all and ur good
