So I was playing Forza motorsports 5 and when I restarted the race it went into the restarting/loading screen and just got stuck in the loading screen and when ever I restart my xbox it just pops right back to that loading screen. Help please???
try a hard reset by holding off button on the console for about 5-10 seconds, even pull the power plug out, then restart
Cheers mate had the same trouble, did the hard reset now it works a treat.
When you finish playing any game after a session, from the home screen highlight the game and press the button with the three lines on it (Menu Button) and select quit on the game. That way it will restart the game from the main menu instead of powering back the game in it’s last state. Doing this method closes the game down properly and it helps prevent cloud sync issues too.
