Can anyone help I bought the ultimate edition and I’ve not got any codes inside my box I’ve contacted Microsoft and they said it’s all on disk which it isent is there anyway I can get my dlc Microsoft won’t help at all!?
Did you buy it as a used game? If so, the codes would’ve been used. Very slim chance of buying an ultimate edition as a used game that still has the codes unused.
It was brand new and sealed Xbox support are trying to tell me the codes are already on the disk…
Ah, okay. Strange. Have you tried contacting the retailer you bought the game from?
Yes they cannot refund or exchange as they’re not sure if I have taken the codes and after more so Indont know what to do

Exactly what I thought I don’t see how a Microsoft representative don’t know this and is saying they’re in the disk itself which I’ve never come across!? I’ve been trying to get this sorted now for over a week!
When you look at your name in the upper left hand side of the screen while playing H3, do you have a little crown after your name? If so, your VIP loaded okay. From the main xbox menu or games/apps section, go to Horizon 3 and ‘manage’ the game. Did all the add-on packs get installed? If not, can you click to manually install them?
There is nothing on manage game at all and in game no I don’t have the crown. I didn’t receive no dlc at all?
The Microsoft rep you got needs to be trained, there are no codes on the disk. They are always on a physical slip inside the case. Maybe under another one?
If not, your only recourse is to contact the retailer you bought it from, see if they have another copy and force them to give you a refund. They cannot deny you one since you received an incomplete product.
Same thing happened to me. Bought it on Amazon and codes did not work. Nobody I talked to Amazon or Microsoft seemed to know anything. I just returned it and bought the download on the Xbox store.
