I’m new to here (and Xbox in general) and had a strange issue with the DLC I got with my copy of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition. I bought it brand new from an EB Games store in New Zealand but when I tried to download and install the DLC, it wouldn’t install. After talking with Xbox support and submitting my code to them, they told me that the code was an American region code and not compatible in my region. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if mine is just a special case. It’s just weird that a game sold through a legitimate NZ store had a DLC code that was for the American market. As the Ultimate Edition is already sold out here I can’t get a replacement so I’m stuck with a useless code.
OK, a bit of an update here… It looks like the information I was given by the Microsoft support person was completely wrong. The reason why they thought it was an American region code is because the game is manufactured in America but is shipped worldwide. Another support person I spoke to said that the DLC code is indeed valid for New Zealand and if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to redeem the code in the first place. So, just a refresh. I can redeem the code, that’s not a problem at all. If I go to ‘manage game’ from Forza Horizon 3 it says that 2 of the 3 bits of DLC have downloaded and installed. Those 2 pieces of DLC are VIP and All Stars. The third piece of DLC is the Car Pass, this just says it is ready to install but when I click on it to install it, it does nothing. It just sits there saying ‘working’. Even if I leave it for a while it just will not download. Now, even though the VIP and All Stars DLC said they have installed, they are not actually visible in the game. I can see no extra cars or any signs that I have extra content in the game. It also says that I have the Smoking Tire pack installed (which I think is part of the Car Pass) but none of those cars show up in my garage.
So basically, none of the supposedly installed DLC is showing and the Car Pass just will not install. I have contaced Xbox support 4 times regarding this now and they cannot help me and suggested I come back to this forum… HELP ME GUYS!!! I spent extra on the Ultimate Edition for the DLC and I can’t even use it.
Try to hard reset you Xbox. hold the Power button on the console till it shuts off completely than power it back on again after a min and see if that helps.

Hi guys, just thought I’d let you know that I found the DLC under the Autoshow tab just as MR BAD COMPANY had said above. It’s been there all along so now I feel a bit stupid about my above rants! Having said that, it would be cool if there was a notification on the dashboard somewhere alerting you that you have new cars to download… you’re probably going to tell me that there is now and that I have somehow missed that too! lol!
