I am a Chinese player, and I love Forza. But when I reinstalled the Horizon 4 on Dec 16, I found that I entered the game with a new file. My xbox software did not synchronize. I closed the game immediately. But I tried many time to get my cloud save file back, but I failed. I lost my cloud save file. I have played Horizon 4 for about 3 month since the game came out. I nearly play Horizon 4 everyday, it bring a lot of fun to me. But I lost it. All my cars have gone and the money I earned in this game disappeared. All my endeavor is useless. I am so helpless and I nearly melt down. So I ask for help here. Can somebody help me?

Please submit a ticket here and gives as much information relating to what you did leading up to loading the game. E.g if you let it sync, or just launched the game, or changed profile or not etc
The more information the more we can pin point the issue.
