Help Logitech G920 not centered

Hi all,

I seem to have a problem with my G920. When i start up my Xbox and Forza all is well.
But when i go a tad bit to fast into a corner and hit a wall for example my steering wheel seriously off centered. i’m talking about nearly 90 degrees to the left.
No matter what i do i cant get it ti get away. the only solution i have at this point is completely restarting my Xbox and hope i don’t crash again.

I have tried reconnecting the wheel and changing settings in the game. but i just keeps being off centered.
I have had this issue since the last update with the latest car pack.

I have a digital copy of Forza 6 and a Logitech G920 connected.
I did some searching but i haven’t seen a solution to this problem.
I hope you guys can help me with this because it is taking away a lot of fun for me as i am not a professional Forza racer who doesn’t crash.

Also i apologize for if my English isn’t very good.
Hopefully someone here will be my saviour

I have a G920, and I haven’t heard of that happening. Maybe you should check on your warranty. Sounds like you got a bad one.

I was thinking the same. but i hoped it would just be a small issue. I guess i’ll contact Logitech on this issue and see what they have to say.
Such a bummer if the wheel is bad. I had the G27 and that worked for years without a problem.

Actually i just did a cross check with The Crew and more relevant Forza Horizon 2. In those games no matter what happens the wheel stays centered. Considering its only happening with Forza 6 i find it hard to believe its my wheel.

Or is my shifter the problem? I am still using the Shifter of my G27, could that be the culprit somehow?
