I have searched the forums and can’t find the same issue sorry if this has come up before.
I turned on forza 7 tonight and noticed there was an update. I tried to install the update several times but nothing would happen. I gave it about 10 minutes and still no update showing up. So I hard reset my Xbox. When I tried to install the update again everything worked fine. Except it seems to be reinstalling the entire game again. 95gb. Has this happened before? Am I screwed or will everything be fine when it’s all done reinstalling?

That happened to me on a previous update. It’s also happened to me on other games before, so maybe it’s an Xbox problem and not a Forza problem.
This happened to me twice now,nobody seems to give a crap.I’ve sent an email stating my disgust but I’m sure they can’t do anything for us.I’ll have to pay again for my overage.Country internet is expensive,and this game has screwed me again.
I would imagine that this is a problem at Microsoft’s end with the Xbox marketplace. Windows Store throws up errors repeatedly as well, but there’s nothing Turn 10 can do about problems at Microsoft’s end.
It’s probably because they realized the entire game is flawed and the only way to fix it is to wipe & redownload the whole thing. I’m doing this with mine regardless because something is seriously jacked with this hame
Jeez we just bite the bullet I guess right? I would settle for a season pass or something to compensate me for my data overages,that would be a really nice way to say sorry for all the d/loading troubles you had enjoy our game type thing,LOL
