I’ve got a main menu screen flashing white every 5 seconds, i m playing on PC through steam W11 i713700K 3080ti every options maxed out at 75fps.
Xbox Series X too, sometimes…

I’ve noticed it too, but only once (for now).
Bug Info: Menus will flicker about every 5 seconds or so.
Platform: Steam and Windows Store
Edition: Game Pass and Premium
Account: Solo account
PC GPU: Asus RTX 4070 Dual, driver 546.33 updated 12/12, clean re-install done just before re-testing
Peripheral: Drivers above, only using Xbox controller
Settings: Everything Auto except resolution, tried multiple resolutions
Xbox Settings: N/A
Attempted fixes: Restarted game, re-installed, tried Xbox client and Steam, clean install drivers, restarted PC.
Content Update: I did not notice this when playing only yesterday, seems to have happened starting today.
The decimal will change after save for tune states (I like even numbers at the end) The screen will flicker in the main menu, garage, tuning menu, selecting a car and the pre start menu. I’m using an Xbox series s.

Noticed this same issue for the first time after installing update 4.1
Edit: turned away from my monitor with the game sitting idle while I researched the issue further because it was making me sick looking at it. Looked back at the game 10 minutes later and the flickering had stopped.
We are closing out this issue. The developers have noted this issue as Fixed as of Update 6 Hotfix on 03.11.24
