cant wait for forza 7. what are your guys most memorible forza6 stufff?
Well, I couldn’t be bothered with any of the other stuff like achievements and stuff, but as long as I’ve been playing Forza (FM2), I’ve always found good reason to go back to the older games while playing newly released games, because interestingly, they always muck up a few things in exchange for introducing new features. Enough said… lol!
So I’m taking my sweet time getting FM7 - I will continue to play FM6 even if I do get FM7, just like I’m playing FM5 and 4 alongside 6. Even FM3 on occasions. I’d be playing 2 as well, but broke my disc and can’t find a replacement (boo frikkity hoo).
Winning cash prizes via an esport comp that literally paid for the game and all the extras I bought. It was the first time I’ve ever earned money playing a game and first time the game basically payed me to play.
Won a super nice swag bag from the Michelin comp. I’m still using the the headset today and wear the hoodie and polo shirt quite often.
Actually learned how to tune better and hit #1’s that last longer than a few hours. Lol. Even contributed to identifying a handful of leaderboard cars.
Improved massively in driving stock cars. This has resulted in me qualifying for many esport comps. Still need to work on consistency, but if my most recent result holds true, in FM7 no matter where I start, I’ll be at least mid pack a may challenge for podium in some circumstances.
A few photo finishes here and there.
Taking the lead at the alps via drift between both players.
People are still using my old tunes which makes me happy.
Getting invited to France for FRC. Almost went too.
Got over 1600 downloads on a livery ( not much of a painter)
Got the " Thru the Pack" achievement ( of which currently only 0.13% of gamers have)
A #1 in hardcore leaderboard
Able to get top 100 leaderboard times with my own tunes ( I’m learning)
Favs …
-Super Trofeo event
-Rivals chalenges with fellow racers
-All good racers I have become friends with
-All the close finishes I’ve had ( and the 3 ties)
-The bounty hunter event at Brands Hatch
-The times I was able to race with groups ( wish I can do this more)
FM6 will always be “the Forza title that brought us modern NASCARs” to me. That’s what matters most to me, and what will continue to matter most in FM7.
I bought the game a month or so after launch then hardly played it until last august. Haven’t been playing much this year unfortunately.
Personal achievements:
– first page on Rio Mountain leader board (americas) in R class .
– multiple top 150 leader board rankings throughout a few classes.
– learned to play the game at a more ‘competitive’ level. By this I mean, I took the game a lot more serious.
With forza 7 i want to keep progressing my driving and hopefully find some people to race with who don’t wreck everyone.
Funny you say follow raceboy. To be honest, I’m not a huge fan of the higher classes. S class I’ll sometimes run. Usually I race D/C/sometimes B. PM your gamertag, I’d love to race with people who are looking for clean racing.
If you like the high class stuff, follow Raceboy77. He has a following of mostly like minded folks. Jump into a few races with him while he’s streaming and hopefully you’ll make some new friends.
If you venture down to D class, I’m always looking for like minded folks. I’ll probably branch out to no higher than B class this go around.
Keep up the good work. You sound like me at the end of FM3. Keep it up and eventually you’ll get more breakout moments. Soon a top 100 will be easy for the most part.
