Has anyone else noticed people demolishing rival times with glitched tunes?
For example, I’ve seen C-Class Aventadors, lol.
This is ridiculous and I hope it gets resolved quickly.

I hoped this was a server and reporting issue. I have screen shot of FRC#3 where we are all supposed to be in stock Audi TT. But page one has a number of descrepancies. Including S2 car and decidedly faster then any other vehicle. Sub 1min.

Apparently this is stemming from one club in particular, but the tunes have gone public and are starting to spread.
It seems to be primarily on the PC, so if Xbox One users disable cross-play, it seems to help clean things up a little.
Either way, there needs to be a fix implemented before it’s all corrupted and they either reset the leaderboards completely or just disable Rivals…again…
How do we do that?
I think its in HUD settings if I remember correctly…but I have a brain like a sieve.

I assume they fix with FRC running. It will be important at least to clean that board up?!? Never know though.
I usually just ignore those times when running. If someone needs to win that badly as to cheat. So be it. They apparently need the ego boost it’s just a game. I’m competitive but I know when I’m beat (legitimately) and I don’t let it get me too bent out of shape
If someone’s hacking/modding to win I imagine we’ll see some more banned PC users asking why they were banned in the forums soon.

This was a thing in Horizon 2 as well. I don’t know how it’s done but it happening in FH2 suggests this can be done on Xbox … no?
And I can’t imagine somebody in an S2 car is going to get a FRC prize … a ban maybe, depending how it happened, but not a prize.
It seems incredibly stupid for me to post winning times on the official Rivals competition events with swapped cars. It must be a statement.
In general with leaderboard hacking surely the people dont think they are winning if they have clearly cheated themselves there? They must be making a statement or then they just have the intellect of a retarded dog.

Totally disagree with what’s happening. My competitive side is going nuts each time I see impossible Rivals times.
I would really love to set up a proper leaderboard with rules and a form for submitting time attack runs. Something similar to a speedrun leaderboard but glitchless and fair for all who would like to give their best shot.
The danger sign leader boards also have some outrageous records, a jump that requires 400 ft (and is difficult to even get that) has records in the boards at 1900ft, almost every danger sign is like that. Are these hacked cars or can some people actually jump 5 times further than required ?

Takes the fun out of the game. Once I finish my last achievement to win all the championships I’ll likely stop playing the game because I can’t enjoy comparing times to others.
Let’s hope Turn10 or Playground are spying on us and have a plan to clean up the leaderboards…
Leaderboard cleanups only happen during the first month of launch, based on what was seen in previous Forza titles. Also, when they do happen, it’s usually to respond to widespread PI exploits (usually involving drivetrain conversions or gearboxes) and not to one-off glitched times.
