Ehhhhhhhh is this normal? I was just gifted 16 super wheel spins. Currently I only own the HW expansion which to my knowledge doesn’t come with VIP pass. Thank you???
For this game, yes, perfectly normal. Spin them quick before they vanish as mysteriously as they appeared.
I had it happen a couple or few times but now that I bought the premium package I no longer get that bug 
You might also look in the wardrobe, you can probably put on the shiny space suit and helmet (but if you later change outfit they’ll be locked away again), and you might have some download content cars (FE stuff) you can drive for a while too.

asking bcos my mates xbox had several spins & the welcome car pack in garage a few times… my pc has not had any such luck…
his daily wheelspins also seem to appear easier than mine

On PC you get the usual 2 gifted,
however I could claim all the Car Collector Boni again after the Hot Wheels update got installed
I got the Premium Edition when I pre-ordered.
Yeah, XSX/gamepass. In FH4 I purchased premium for ranked racing but decided not to do the same for FH5 due to no need. This is a nice bug.
We can expect a hotfix by morning

I got a shed load of wheelspins/cars/xp when the “prize” in each brand in the car collection page respawned for some unknown reason.
Yep, it seems a lot of people did. I think it was an effect after the Hot Wheels expansion install. Someone even claimed they got it twice but didn’t say how lol. It was enough work clicking through over 100 manufacturer bonuses once for the wheelspins, duplicate cars and useless dupes of other stuff. I wouldn’t want to do it again.
Can confirm this. Noticed it after working on season in Horizon, claimed all. Since treasure chest bugged again (got notification, map loaded, but area wasn’t added), I restarted the game. That didn’t help regarding treasure chest, but then I went to Hot Wheels, did a few races there, then went to car collection because of new HW cars and voilá, all manufacturer bonus claimable again.
