Unfortunately, it’s a known issue with Daytona since the track was added.
Hope T10 fixes it one day.
This bug happened to me yesterday. It’s so frustrating to not participate in a race and get demoted to C ranking for nothing

Essentially, if you start in last place in an online lobby and you dont cross the start line - anyone who goes off track in T1 will be instantly Disqualified.
We are closing out this issue. The developers have noted this issue as Fixed as of Update 15 on 12.09.24
