Gameplay - Game has different grip levels per account

As per the title an issue with grip has been noticed between many different player. This may be specific to Sebring as that is where I have noticed it. After testing today it seems to be that different accounts get different levels of grip.

Evidence via controled testing, not sure on how to record effectivly, both me and my son ran the same car with same tune, track conditions, same in game setting (graphical and controller) and also on the same PC with all the same setup and settings.
We both used our own controllers then each others.
We did this on my account first and was getting 58.7/8s at near max performance.
We then swapped accounts and repeated the same testing, we was both hitting low 58s consistantly.

This is an issue that got pulled up before: https://forums.forza.net/t/gameplay-grip-difference-in-private-multiplayer-lobbies-since-update-10-1861130/728767

This happened during and incuding the run up to the latest TORA enduro 12hr Sebring, many drivers have experienced across the board.

I first noticed somthing about 2 weeks ago, I was in the process of tuning my car and was at the time getting high 58s consistantly. I came on the following day and the whole feel of the car/game was different. With the same tune and setup, my car with the same tune was now 0.500 average consistantly slower at near peak performance.
This was across all game modes freeplay, test drive, timed race, private and multiplayer.

This needs looking at because at the top level of things in organised racing it is taking you out the fight, different grip levels per account should not be a thing but yet it appears to be so.
Happy to try and help further to find and pin point the issue, but I feel it’s somthing hard to show.
(Tin foil hat moment) Feels like my account has a permanent Hadicap attached to it, that or an invisable elephant is sat on the bonnet.

I can confirm this.
We often found that to happen when we do our team races.
It’s in the game for a long time now and definitely makes the game rather unusable for
competitive racing.
It definitely happens in both, private and public multiplayer.
Think it’s not happening in SP, but i don’t play that very often so i’m not 100% sure.
