My Size went up to 95Gb. I’m in the preview alpha and had ticked the ‘“download 4K content’” in preparation for X One X. Mind won’t launch either. Have a few endurance showcases planned for tomorrow. Hope it’s fixed soon.
Can confirm however my Xbox is giving the error code: 0x8b050033 when trying to launch. Which apparently correlates to an error when updating Xbox One Software.
Same here, came home to play a little and nothing goes back to main screen everytime. This is by FAR worst Forza launch! Sad.

Yup same here was playing about 20 mins ago then went to eat, came back and can’t play.

I am having the same issue on original Xbox One. Game size is still listed as 67GB on the console and I have a digital copy of the game.
Game is booting up just fine on the PC though.
Wow lol. I just bought the game today, finished downloading and now it’s not working. Are you kidding me! This has never happened to me with any game before

Played late last night. Have been playing since Sep 29, no real issues. 20 minutes ago I tried to light it off and I get the loading splash screen and then dumped back to XBOX One Home page. Disc, not DL.

I have the SAME exact problem on my Xbox One. I have a physical copy, 67 GB installed. It worked fine on Tuesday night. I went to start it up and it just goes to the load screen and then dumps back to the main Xbox One Screen. Microsoft needs to get this crap fixed. We pay too much money for these games for something like this to happen.
Same here. All other Forzas work. It’s sad, but I’m glad it looks like it’s probably everyone so it should get fixed fairly quick. Ill reboot it tomorrow. Was afraid it was just me. Tried hard reset, etc. Hopefully the save doesn’t get lost or corrupted. Mine is a disc, not download.

I am having the same issue. played fine last night now won’t got fast the posche loading page then goes to dashboard.
Is this what I paid 79.99 bucks for. I have had every other Forza game and never had an issue.
Is Turn 10 turning into the greedy developer just like the rest of them.
How about a fix ASAP.

had same issue, instant crash on launch.
I set my Xbox to offline mode and game now works. but if I tab back to settings and go online it crashes.
hope it helps someone else too until turn 10 fixes it.
Same issue here, came home from work expecting to play some Forza…and the game won’t load, just crashed after the splash screen. Switched to offline mode and all works well (just can’t redeem my VIP stuff now…what a coincidence lol). Noticed that there was a message that XBL was down when I went to go to offline mode, so that might be part of the problem. Who knows, can only hope its resolved soon, especially with the high tension with the community as it is.
Same problem here. Is it too much of a coincidence they announced the VIP changes today? Maybe something they’ve changed didn’t work? :s
It feels like it’s a problem all over the world, I have the same problem here in Sweden! :-/

Having the same issues described above. Wife just got this for me for my birthday, can’t play and that sucks!
