Game sounds worse with screen reader set to system default than it does off

Yep. Still a problem. I can clearly hear the surround sound improve when I set this thing to off. For MANY MANY people, they’re not going to know to do this in order to get proper surround on a Dolby Atmos home theater rig. What I hear is that the sound stage widens and there’s a bit more bass and dynamic range when I set this thing to off rather than system default. This has been an issue pretty much since the game launched. Clearly this feature was not implemented in a way that doesn’t interfere.

It’s driving me absolutely mad. I’ve been trying to get this fixed on Xbox for years. Now that I have the game on my PS5 Pro and hear how much better this game could have sounded on Xbox ( which it does btw, sounds a good bit better on PS5 than Series X ) it’s very disappointing that these issues have gone on this long. Not cool.
