Game keeps uninstalling itself after the series 34 update

After the most recent update for series 34, when I went to download the update, the update installed, but then my game uninstalled and started to reinstall itself. After the install, it once again uninstalled itself and reinstalled itself. (note that this whole time the download speeds for the update were horrendous) I started the game after waiting 20 minutes for my save data to sync, and it worked fine, except I noticed that my Rally Adventure DLC and Hot Wheels DLC weren’t installed, so I went to go install those. And then… my game uninstalled itself and started reinstalling again and I’m frickin’ pissed off about it.

Platform: Windows PC
Edition: Premium
PC GPU/CPU: RTX 4070Ti with Game Ready Driver 537.58 and Intel Core i9-12900KF
OS: Windows 10 version 22H2 build 19045.4412
