I have the Ultimate Edition and was playing the game yesterday with no issues.
Today I find the system has removed all the DLC and I can no longer use the cars I was yesterday.
Reinstalling the DLC has not fixed this.
I am currently trying a complete reinstall, but the system could just remove all the DLC again.
