Hi when are you going to fix this issue of the game not applying upgrades to cars this is very annoying as it also makes you lose any progress that you have made in that session it is making me not want to play the game anymore as i have to continually do the same race over and over again to me it seem that your servers need upgrading as the game at certain time of the day is unable to contact it i have been watching my network as i try and apply the upgrades and there is no traffic happening for the game just a thought

Having to redo the practice and actual race because the game soft-locks makes this unplayable. Even trying the photo mode trick soft-locks the game.

Yes, it seems the bug was indeed eliminated in today’s patch.

So as i see from my three races after applying update progress saving issue and quick update loader stuck issue are fixed

Can confirm progress was saved and no loading screen issues.

Was able to apply upgrades, update fuel etc and progress didn’t reset

I can confirm that the bug seems to be fixed!

After doing 4 races (in 1 game session), changing “Fuel & Tires” in every single one of those 4 races, as well as changing difficulty settings and restarting one of the races, and not clicking “Exit” after completing a race instead of “Complete”, it saved 100% of the time.

I also did the 4th race and didn’t “apply a paint job or tune” to the car, exited the game, and came back to see my progress saved after that race.

The bug has been fixed!

This issue was fixed in Update 2 on November 14, 2023:

Gameplay [All Platforms]

  • Fixed an issue where players could encounter an infinite loading screen when saving a Quick Upgrade in the Builders Cup Career Mode. [1632115]
  • Fixed issues related to loss of progression or save data.
