Got up to the new track & DLC this morning, everything is great. Thanks T10 for this.
I have one small problem though. All my career was finished except Championship series, Class Competition “P” which I needed about five more races to complete it. I loaded up FM5 & finished the new (old) track on all the other series. I then go to Class Competition “P” to finish up my career & it says 1 of 13 gold events on it. I launch it & pick my car (787B) & the screen to continue comes up. Once I click continue, the game closes & goes back to my XBone home menu. ( where your pins, store, movies, games, ect are)
I have to relaunch the game over. I have tried other cars including the new DLC Audi for that series and still the same thing. I have powered down the XBone by holding the button, disconnecting it from the wall for 30 seconds or more, Hard boots, ect. Nothing seems to work. Everything else in game is fine all the rest of the career, downloaded tunes, and paints.
Does anyone have a clue, answer or a way to fix what Is going on with this? Any and all help is appreciated, as I would like to finish my career & to be so close & have this lock-up or communication problems with the cloud/servers is devastating.

I have exactly the same problem, only with the GT-Series. Tried also another car, didn’t help, the game is crashing everytime after I choose my car and press continue.
I think the only thing what you can do is to uninstall Forza and reinstall it again. In my case I have to download 32GB which will take a long time because my internet is not very fast.

Same problem here, I can continue my career in most leagues but if I try any “class” level race, kicks me out of the game immediately after selecting the car. Only seems to be the Class races that are affected for me, annoying because I just bought an Aventador and wanted to do some A class racing.
I have the exact same issue on the P class competition with 5 races remaining. I have deleted my save game profile from the console and let it resync with no luck. Last night I did this again and fully reinstalled forza and its exactly the same… It seems like there is no solution to this!!

Same here. Can’t continue the A class event that I’m half way through.
