So I bought forza horizon 2, and I inserted the disc to my xbox one s, and it started to install, but it stopped. I tried restarting the download, but it kept on stopping. I Canceled the download, and I put the disc back in, but the system did nothing. I’t didn’t even recognize the disc was in there. I returned the disc, and bought a new one, and still nothing. I thought it was just bad luck, so I returned it again, and got a new disc. the employee told me that I had to delete the game data, but I cant figure out how to do that. I would really appreciate if anybody could help me with this.
You go to “My games and apps”. It’s in the Home screen or just press the Xbox button anywhere and it should be on the main tab.
There you can press START button in any game icon and there’s an option to MANAGE GAME.
Into Manage Game you can do a lot of things, and each game has it’s own “ready to install” list too. Very useful.
There you should see the save data, the installed stuff for that game, transfer the game to a removable HDD, etc…
*Remember to press start above anything! (the “official” button name is “menu” I think, but we call it start anyway)
