I have submitted a support ticket that the support team keeps trying to auto-close every 24-48 hours when the issue is not resolved. 35 days and counting. I need developer support, not a closed ticket.
My issue is that my Forza Motorsport crashes every time I try to launch it from Steam. It goes back to the update that was pushed on 2/10/2025. I have sent logs, screenshots, screen recordings, reinstalled the game multiple times. Reinstalled Windows and even upgraded my Windows 11 from Home to Pro.
I have literally checked with the support teams of every oem on my machine. Down to Logitech G and Keychron (Mouse and Keyboard) and every single one of them says it’s a Forza issue. I do not know where or who to turn to as Forza seems to not care.
This is my last ditch effort. I need true support from a developer. Not tier 1. We are past that by a mile and a half.
Day 36. Ticket auto-closed with no resolution again.
Day 37. Still no developer.
Day 37 again. Forza Support forgot and/or didn’t read the ticket and tried to offer Xbox Cloud Gaming. Couple of issues with that:
- My Forza Motorsport is on Steam. Not Xbox.
- You need Xbox Game Pass which I don’t have.
- I’m not paying for Xbox Game Pass for a test.
- Still no developer.
At this point what are we even doing…
Day 38. Forza Support still believes my Forza Motorsport is on Xbox app when the ticket says it’s on steam and I have mentioned countless times that it is on Steam. Unless Forza is buying me the game on Xbox app, stop referencing Xbox.
Where are the developers? Where is the leadership?
Day 38 again. Forza support wants to try to run the exe file for Forza as administrator. Enough of this tier 1 support bs. Like we didn’t try that already? We got to the point to reinstalling and upgrading Windows.
Are there even any developers? Beginning to think this is a cake situation.
Did you re-install the ms gaming services with windows Powershell?

Not sure if it’ll help with the Steam version, but it would be worth a try.
