Forza Horizon 5 is a really great game!!! :smiley:

There are a lot of cars there and I thought it would be a good opportunity to use them all or almost all in their original configuration to see what they would do on a track such as the winding and demanding β€œVolcΓ‘n Sprint”.

zOd1ac001 and I Falco du Gento - play on Xbox and we took turns to set our best times with a multitude of cars in order to establish this ranking, we had a lot of fun!!!

We spent hours there, playing, rating and buying rare cars at the auction house to test them…

Unfortunately we are missing some and some are in packs that we do not have but the list is large enough to get an idea of ​​the potential of the cars and I must say that we are surprised by the realism and consistency of this ranking.

Using the original cars adds real pleasure to the game, because they all have their specificities, their characters which have not been distorted by optimizations and the developers have done an incredible job to transcribe that really hat!!!

I have thought about attempting something a bit like this but I’d have to be thorough and don’t want to spend that amount of time on it. Well done to you, though!

I use a translator so it’s perfect

At first we just wanted to compare a few cars for fun

Then we got a taste for it and continued

I know it’s great to customize your cars to make them more efficient but honestly driving them stock is really a lot of fun too.

I’m waiting for new cars from the festival to test them and add the times to the rankings

Great post … I love projects like this.

I saw this for the first time today. I finally got around to driving the Czinger for the first time today, and I did a search to see if anyone had commented on it.

One one hand, in S2 rivals, its not really close to the best cars. I’d probably be 5+ seconds faster in sprints in the best cars. It doesnt have enough grip to compete with the best, so I think it would not be a good choice for S2 races. I was a little disappointed. Its a great car in real life.

But on the other hand … I drove it around for a few hours in freeroam, some of that time following where the Horizon Mexico Circuit would be … and this Czinger just felt great. Fun drive, amazingly fast … its a great car.

Sometimes I forget that just if a car doesnt fit neatly into Forza Horizon’s PI system well enough to make it competitive against the best in class, that doesnt make it not be a good car.

A project like this reminds me of that.

One of the things from this ranking that stands out to me … the 1996 Ferrari F50 GT #8 on your list. Its my favorite car of all time. They only made 3 so Im happy its been in racing games so many years. I’m not sure it should be quite as good stock as it is in this game, but I do like seeing it do so well.

Another thing that stood out to me: The Hot Wheels car being the fastest up a winding mountain road. I thought it would be … but I dont like it. The game features many great, real world cars … some of which cost millions for the best minds to produce … but Forza Horizon makers decide to add a fictional toy that is better than anything? I dont like that decision.
