I know a lot have been writing about this, about where the fuel gauge is, and yes its under the gears.
My question is then, is it just me or does the fuel gauge on the dashboard in the car not work? Mine show the same number all the race…
Thanks in advance =)
My cockpit gauge works, at least in the cars I have payed attention to. For example I was tuning the 2007 Stang GT500 yesterday and the gauge worked fine. What car are you noticing this in so maybe someone else can try it and see if it works for them.
Every car I’ve used so far has had a properly working fuel gauge in-car. If yours is reading the same number all the time I’d say you’re either looking at the wrong number or you have cosmetic damage only turned on. You need to have sim damage on in order to see fuel being used.
I have sim damage on, I might be looking the wrong place.
Is it not where it is standing 60.5 on the dashboard on the 2014 Lamborghini #18 DragonSpeed Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo ? Or am I just stupid now?
I don’t know enough about the Super Trofeo series, but if the races are short enough where they don’t refuel then there wouldn’t be a need to display a fuel gauge on the dash.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a real race car with a fuel gauge. Do some of the LMP or GTE cars have fuel gauges? I would not expect the car in question to have a fuel gauge.
I know the Xbox Ford V8 super car has a fuel number, starts at 20.0 and drops as you drive, the SRT Viper race car has the same setup in it. As for real life I have no idea.
