I got this penalty randomly when going from Practice to Qualifying. Best part is that there was nobody near me on track.
When I was exiting this practice I was off-track. There’s definitely something going wrong with these penalties.

I’ve suffered this where I ran wide in the last corner the car I illegally overtook had entered the pit lane
