Drive it. These special paint jobs don’t always show in ‘my cars’.

As mentioned in the video you need to go into your upgrades menu and apply something to the car and save it (no need to share it) for the thumbnail image to be fixed. It’s an annoying old bug.

Just go into upgrades and select ‘install default upgrades’. That way you don’t have to buy anything you don’t need. And it will still update the thumbnail.

Yeah, that’s what I always used to do too. Until the last (I think it was the last one) gift car that didn’t work for. I had to actually change something. Now I just slap some better tires on and call it done. Money is not that big an isssue for me… in the game lol.

This has been an issue since launch with free cars they gift not showing liveries in the thumbnails, and the solution has been mentioned every time too so people should know by now.

This livery bug reminds me that I’m still PO’ed about accidentally gifting away my Ugly Sweater Viper, because it looked like all my other ones.

In my ticket, I was told there was no way they would give me another one, which seems ridiculous.

Except when that doesn’t work. As it happened to me once. But by all means, do that first, make CERTAIN it worked, then actually buy something and SAVE it when it doesn’t work the easy cheap way.

I celebrated Earth Day and my gifted BMW by ‘gifting’ it to some random, and flipping 4 Lambo SVJ’s for 20 Million each.

Nothing says I love the Earth more than ripping a tuned V12 Lambo, spewing vapors, as I cruise through the Mexican jungle at 200mph
