The forzathon reward for fingers crossed isn’t completing for me. It’s showing all three challenges as complete and I have completed subsequent challenges after and got the cars and other rewards but this one isn’t completing.
I even did the tag it event again but still nothing 
Any suggestions?
Have you play another race after? Because doing a race when you are looking for a reward of the forzathon update the status and give the reward.
Played several after, also completed subsequent forzathon challenges which have successfully unlocked but that one still remains.
Tried also unplugging and plugging my console back in to no avail.
Can you please try doing the last challenge again in the Forzathon that is in this state to see if it then unlocks?
