Manufacturers provide that data as part of the licensing, so it is actually THAT simple

For the most part, they don’t, the licensees have to source that from elsewhere, be it a third-party, a local dealer or the local subsidiary of the manufacturer, as has been stated before, so it is not as easy as you want to believe it is.
