Also, go take a look at some clips of the video from the IMSA race at COTA on the Motorsport Facebook page. IMSA decided they weren’t going to police track limits, so people ran as wide as they wanted - sometimes 3-4 car widths outside the limits. If that’s not a prime example of an organizer deciding what is allowed, then I don’t know what is.
