#ForzaMonthly July 2 livestream and July update/ Top Gear Car Pack

Pardon my reading comprehension abilities but does this mean there are no more locked cars?!

(Apart from FE & the MG and BMW)

So apparently they fixed the scrolling lag in the garage menu.

No laggy car selection anymore? What game is this?!

Very solid update coming next week! Keep it up, guys!

I don’t know what the forums will have to talk about if they keep fixing things. We’re in Crazy Eddie territory here, folks.

I’m sure somebody will find something to complain about, just wait…

The car menu lag fix is MOST welcome. It’s become painful with so many cars. They have done a great job fixing and changing these months there’s no doubt about it.

What is this “Vuhl”?

I did a search. Looks like I have a new Track Toys main. ARRIBA MÉXICO!

That KTM X-Bow is a beast as well. I just hope that, if it comes to Forza GT division indeed, it doesn’t end up overpowered like the Lotus GT1 in EFR due to its lightweight frame.

On top of that we get a free 917LH to complement the 935/78 (which is also a Le Mans special), and the new GT3 RS to fix the huge issue of not having the latest GT3 RS, one of the most beloved cars in the industry today, to all players. In fact, the new one is pretty special indeed, with 20 bhp over the old one and that huge wing which allows it to be a sub-7 car at the Ring.

No SUVs either. All of the cars in this pack are true drivers’ cars. Though I must say I didn’t mind the Trackhawk, nor the Cayenne.

The 917/20 is not a 917LH. Is a unique version of the 917.

Besides, other than told during the show, it has not a boxer engine, it has a 180° V12.

Anyway, happy that we finally get the greatest race car of all times.

Again credit where it is due. I know that the menu lag was a huge complaint for those who spend a lot of time in multiplayer, and I’ve made my take on the locked cars known more times than I probably should have. Great to hear that both are being addressed, and I’m looking forward to playing the game, completing the events, and watching RC because I want to, not because of the content locked behind it.

Didn’t catch that, interesting. I must say I don’t know my 917s very well.

The engine is indeed “flat-12” but more properly a 180-degree V12 as you said due to the mechanical resemblance to a V12 rather than a true boxer.

One of the currently featured designs for the car is actually this year’s Le Mans’ winner, the Pink Pig 911 RSR.

'58 Alfa or 904…The rest, snooze!

Sounds like a fantastic car pack. The Vuhl is welcomed, hoping to see the Mastretta MXT in August as it’s also a Mexican car. Don’t recall hearing of the Exocet but it will be a welcome addition to my garage. Heck, i’m stoked for all of these cars including the Pink Pig (now I just need a Pink Pig livery for the 911 RSR)…

I think this 917/20 will be in Prototype Group Racing. Finally a new car in my favorite division!

I have to say, T10, you guys improved so much! You actually gave us cars and not trucks or SUVs in Motorsport :+1:t2: I have to say, these cars look badass. Cant wait to drive em tomorrow! Wooohooo!!!

Which MG? Assuming the BMW is the Z4. Along with that, any plans to unlock those in the future?

1958 MG MGA Twin-Cam. It was added with the March 2018 content update but I don’t remember anymore how you could get it. It was something easy though.

Ah, aye. I was curious if there’d been another one added that I’d missed. Was for setting a time in a rivals event I think.
