I think this and the Senna are signs of things to come from McLaren. Those lights will carry over in a few models and such. I’ll probably grow to appreciate it, but I’ve never been excited about McLaren.
But on topic, thank you for adding it, it will be fun to drive. But since the speed is so great, they will have to give it mediocre handling to fit with the class.
Styling is very devise. It’s like Marmite, you either love it or hate it. I personally think it’s one of the best looking supercars I’ve ever seen. Now for the Senna erm…
On to the 720S, it’s not my personal favorite from McLaren, not even amongst their modern offerings, but I know this will be desired by a lot of players, and I look forward to taking it for a spin myself.
They know how to make a good trailer, good dlc and a good physics engine but for some reason they don’t know how to make my car not randomly fly up in the air from time to time like in PC1.
Every locked reward car that isn’t an FE car will now be available to buy directly with CR (based on the car Tiers you’ve reached)
FE cars will still only be rewards from campaign or events
The two current Unicorn cars (BMW and MG, both not available to rent) will still be locked
Changes to the economy coming in the next couple months, more CR in Forzathon rewards
No more cars in Prize Crates going forward
Changes coming to Specialty Dealer
Lobby Hosts can Kick an offending player during the middle of a race
Garage car collection scrolling is fixed in July. “The buglist” fix list “is huge this time.”
Not in July:
Track Limits feature
Experimental Drag “will live alongside our current drag mode” in the next couple months
“Pretty sure” but not certain in August: drift suspension kits (stance, drift angle, upgrade and change max handling up to 60 degrees, lock-to-lock quicker)
“The entire team - 100% - is working on Forza 7.” They’re listening to the community and considering tracks, features, etc. Every month is its own expansion with Spotlight cars and events.
It took me a bit to get used to when the car was freshly revealed a year ago or so, but in that white colour I think it’s the best looking current production model coming from McLaren IMO. But the dark headlights on that white colour reminded me a bit about that female robot from the Wall-E animated movie.
