On Saturday 19th December I put my Xbox account onto a friends Xbox one so we could play games. Yesterday I went back onto my Xbox one and attempted to play Forza horizon 2. It took a very long time to sync, so long that Xbox turned its self off. I then tired to play Forza Motorsport 6 and the same problem occurred. I have contacted Xbox who tried to fix the issue, they are telling me it is a Forza problem and not theirs. They suggest I contact you hence this email. Can you suggest how this issue can be resolved.
Delete and then recover your Profile, then make sure your console in Settings is designated as your “Home” Xbox One. If you signed on at a Friend’s X1, then your account information is there and needs to be brought back to your own device.
