I bought forza 7 a week ago and have only played it on PC. For some reason it doesn’t show up in forza rewards, it doesn’t even acknowledge I own the game. (as in the forza hub app doesn’t) Even though the XBOX app does.
Is this a known issue? Or does rewards just work for xbox? (I would like to get my tier 9 rank ;p and once my one X arrives 10 and 11 XD )

So does that go for all games or just Forza 7? cause 6 Apex, and horizon 3 are u just fine…
It’s seems to be an issue as of late, it’s not game specific, it’s the rewards.
Email forzafb@Microsoft.com and explain to them.

Mine has not updated for 3-4 months… gamerscore and showcases are stuck. I’ve emailed T10 per a previous thread on this and received no reply and the problem persists… So… good luck to you.
Well thanks for the replies. Seems really weird that it has issues, I have done some programming just for fun and in my mind it shouldn’t be that hard to create something like Forza rewards, so why it has these issues I don’t understand. ( Like all it has to do is push a few specific numbers to the server and boom done, at a small scale that is an hour work at most, but I guess I’m underestimating it for the scale, as in users and amount of games.)
It did work pretty good and updated quite quickly until just before fm7 was released
