Ugh… I have been concerned this may happen as well when I finally get to Tier 11. I know that their different systems seem to acknowledge tier changes at different points. I was thinking I would wait until I actually get the additional reward money bump (the difference between your old rewards and the new level you just hit)… that usually happens a couple days after actually getting to the new tier on the website in my experience.
It also doesn’t seem 100% clear that they haven’t “pre-assigned” the tier rewards to be as of the date when FM7 launched… though this wouldn’t make much sense to me to do so. But there is a lot of somewhat “loosey-goosey” info on this subject, and we don’t really have a great understanding of how their reward system works (or why it breaks down so often).

I’m not going to give a big explanation of the rewards system except to say that yes, it is probably more complex than it needs to be, there is an ever-growing amount of data to process, and that certain parts of it are brittle. We are discussing ways to make it better, but nothing drastic will change in the short term except for more diligence watching the brittle parts.
Thanks for the quick answer. Rest assured that I do appreciate you guys keeping this system up and running… I’m sure that it is difficult when dealing with ten year old code… hopefully you can get them back up an running, especially the FM4 car counts and stuck FM3 progress.
So, since ALL of the legacy jackets are at Tier 11,(only some at lower tiers) and rewards are having problems, is it wiser to hold off from FM7, or just play it? Kind of confused with rewards being kind of iffy. This isn’t a complaint, I just don’t want to miss out on content, if I don’t have to…
When you start FM7 up for the first time, it will look at your Reward Tier and send you the driver outfits based on what Tier you are at that time. This is only done once, and if you raise your tier afterwards, you will NOT receive the outfit for that Tier. So if you want to be sure to have all of them, you need to not start up FM7 until you are at the Tier you want the rewards for.
Since I’m so close to Tier 11, I figured I would wait and make sure I get all of them. However, if I was not so close I would probably just not worry about it… from the sound of things, the outfits will likely be available later through Forzathons and such.
In my case, the rewards app reported my tier was 11. I started Forza 7, and was given tier 10 rewards. No tier 11 rewards. Is this possible to fix? Thanks for the clarification on when the tier query is supposed to be made wp.
I’ve just reached Tier 12 the other day but I’m not able to get the instant rewards (difference between Tier 11 and Tier 12).
While the additional rewards show up on the redeem page (75k through FM5, would be 500k in total) and say they expire tomorrow, there is no button to actually redeem them.
They weren’t in my ingame inbox as well in case it happens automated.
Any idea how to get them?
Quick Edit: Forza Hub isn’t helping either. It only shows “New rewards coming soon”. However, when I click it, it shows that info pop up telling you what I get when I rank up even though I am at top rank.
It shows the same information as above (+75k through FM5) but it says “Here are the rewards that Tier undefined players receive”.
This is normal since some time. I reported such situation 3 times - here and in separate thread - no answer, no help, no solution. No bonus. And remember - they will always tell you this is something extra - extra means you haven’t specifically paid for it so they are not obligated to help you . This is how corporations work. The one that I am working in and starts with red H (fortunately I will leave it soon) and Microsoft are the best example.
How exactly did it work for you? Did you just get the additional rewards ingame automatically or were you able to claim them via the FR site / Forza hub?
That’s how it worked for me as well, confirmed. All missing creds were updated and also they showed up in-game almost immediately (F5 for me) after the Redeem button had reappeared.
I booted up Forza Horizon 2 for the first time this week. I have a couple of issues.
The data and achievements don’t appear to be registering on the rewards page of this website.
My rewards credits aren’t showing up within the game. When I checked the Message Center it says “You Have no Messages.” Could you push my rewards through please?
