Just a quick update. FM4 did update tonight. However, the car count stat still seems to be stuck at 13 for me. I will do another race tonight to see if that unsticks it for the next update, but hopes are low. 
Also, all FM3 stats have still not updated in a while (5 or 6 days maybe?).
Only need 270 points to tier 11…
Do we have to do a race for each new car we buy for the car count to work? Sorry, I didn’t quite get it. Regarding the first Horizon game, do I have to bank skills also, even if I’m the 1st racer in popularity (skills don’t count anymore)?

FM7 didn’t update today, I’ve been 164 points away from T11 for two days now.
The Redeem page is still showing a “decimated” tier payout for FM5 and FH2: only 10% of what is described in the faq.
It is showing you what you’ll get if you tier up between weekly payouts.

No. This is what I “physically” redeemed and what I “physically” received in FH2 and FM5 after going to Forza Hub on last Monday. I literally received 10% of what I received today (an hour ago) in both games.
Are you going to fix this - do I receive additional 247,5k in both games soon?
Still having the same issues as Poddie. Started up FM7 last night just to see it, some stuff popped from it, but I’m afraid to start it for fear of accidentally unlocking the Tier suits. I’ve been playing FM2, FM3, FM4 FH1 every day, trying to rank up before FM7. Now that FM7 is out, afraid to play, yet, I really want to.
Are reward points for FM7 achievements showing up for anyone yet? Was hoping to hit Tier 12 and grab the extra credits before the Thursday night update, and those points are all I need.
My Xbox gamerscore for FM7 is 295/1000 but the Rewards site still says 0. I’ve still got a ways to go before I hit Tier 12 so I wasn’t sweating it just yet.
I’m also having no updates for FM4. Regarding the ‘make sure you race after buying a car’, I’ve done that for both FH1 and FM4 for the past couple months and it hasn’t fixed the issue. Just last night I bought a new R3 in FM4 and raced it but it looks like updates in FM4 be stuck at the moment anyway. I will go buy a new car and do a solo race in FH1 now.
Just received my tier up rewards for tier 7 and I only got 5,000 credits for FM5. I thought this problem was supposed to be fixed? Is this supposed to be the new payout scale or is it still broken?
This is the difference between tiers for the current week. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t have gotten the full amount after Friday unless you tired up mid-week. If you redeem and then gain a level, you can still get the amount awarded for the new level. FM5 is now on the lower tiers which is why the credit amounts are so low. Also, new rewards are available at midnight GMT each Friday.

Are you the same person responding? I see different gamertags, but you are using the same “signature”.
So, you as Forza Staff are confirming that Forza 5 and Horizon 2 are now supposed to be on the lower tiers? Even though the FAQ is saying something different? And a different Staff member, JONK1969, is saying something different elsewhere?

I posted the “UNOFFICIAL SUPPLEMENTARY FORZA REWARDS FAQ” on the old forums, and copied it across to these new forums. I am not staff. My information is based on my own observations and opinions.
Having said that, they did give everyone only 10% of the rewards for FM5 and FH2 this week. You can claim the missing credits if you go to the Redeem Rewards page now (2 days remaining).
I know the FAQ is unofficial (like much of the really useful information on these forums), but in this case there were some contradicting official responses. I was just trying to get some clarification.
Anyway, it has been fixed now. I have claimed the missing credits - I even got a PM from a different forum member notifying me.

Yes, pun1sh and WatchingPolecat are me. I was trying to keep some separation between my personal and work gamertags, but have failed. 
As for Xbox One titles, we had some miscommunication internally about those credit amounts and JONK1969’s comment is correct. I’ll update the amounts in a few minutes so you should see a big bump for FM5 and FH2.

Ah, that explains why I got almost 400K in credits for FM5 and FH2 today. I may need to fire those games up and do a little shopping.

FM4 car count hasn’t pushed for me yet, but miles driven did, FM3 is still stuck.
I’m having issues with loyalty rewards in fm7. I was tier 10 on Friday, but I really wanted that fm1 racing suit. So I held off on starting 7. I drove around 1400 miles combined in fh2, fh1, and fm5, and unlocked as many achievements as I could. At the end of Sunday, I had forecasted that I would have enough points to be tier 11 after rewards updated. So I was hoping to be able to play Monday, rewards didn’t update. So I waited ‘til Tuesday evening and rewards reported my tier as 11. I thought I was good to start fm7 then, so I started up the game, played a few events, got my rewards; tier 10… I am pretty bummed out right now, I made an effort to get to 11 before playing 7, and that didn’t get rewarded. I guess 7’s data was behind rewards’ data? Fwiw I think my rewards tier changed to 11 around 2:00 pm CST, and I didn’t play fm7 until 6:30-7:00 pm CST. Is there any way the tier 11 regards can be rewarded retroactively? I should have earned them. Thanks for any help offered.
