Forza Motorsport 7 Tuning guid "Forza 7 3 minute Tune"

Hi everyone,

I’ve done a bit of searching and either couldn’t find what I was looking for or simply looked right over it. So please feel free to add a link if I missed what I’m looking for during my search.

I’ve been getting big into Forza Motorsports 7 and recently starting doing some tuning. I’ve read many forums and guides and such and found they are helpful but as I said I’m still learning.

I was wondering if Befuddler’s Forza Motorsport 5 Three minute tune was still effective in Forza Motorsport 7 as a starting point. (can be seen in the link I provided).

Befuddlers’s three minute tune covers much of the recommendations that I’ve read in various forums and tuning guides but curious if this would still apply. I’m aware that each car and player are different but from my experience, most of the stock tunes are lacking.

If it helps I’m currently running a 1969 Mustang C Class.

any advice, help, links etc will be greatly appreciated.

Take care
JB

The only thing I wouldn’t do with the TMT is subtract an extra 2 for camber, maybe test with the base figures and subtract by 0.3
If the default is -0.8 and -0.5, change to -1.1 and -0.8

My thoughts:

I agree with HAR; his camber settings will end up way too negative for most (if not all) cars. I personally start with -2.5F/-2.0R on all cars and adjust from there. Also, brake bias and strength is going to depend on a lot of different factors (including “real world” stuff like which controller you’re using and how you, personally, drive), so you’ll probably want to figure out your own “default starting point” rather than blindly using his.

Other than that, his system looks pretty workable.

Thanks for the replies. I’ll keep the camber recommendation on mind as well.
I’m using a G920 setup with manual shifter running on pro setup.
