Forza Motorsport 6 not syncing my data

I have been trying to play Forza 6 and I start the game, the syncing data message appears and after about 30 seconds it stops syncing and gives me the option to try again or play offline. Help please

try again, never try to play until it fully suncs properly or your save will be reset
