We’re getting closer & closer to the october 2024. What are your predictions about 1 year anniversary of FM? Will we get a big update?
This Update will be called Assetto Corsa Evo.
Turn 10 will proudly announce that the game has entered Beta status. The 1500 remaining players across PC and console react with confusion.
I’d hope it would be the largest updoot yet. No way can i predict what’ll happen though, hopefully another well priced car pack at the very least.
Perhaps track day mode in the MP play list.
4 recycled cars that should have been in the game from the start and maybe a race suit. Best they can do.
Edit, don’t forget new bugs that we will have to log and report.
Just watched FH5 34 update stream and i am just sad.
If fm had all those new to forza cars that being added to FH5, considering how good the races and matchmaking become since last fm update, then this game would be in much much better situation now and also we FM players would be much happier.
I played ginetta spotlight lobby since new update and the competition and racing with clean and good drivers is just something else man.
This really disappoints me. FH5 is maybe the most boring racing game of all time i mean there is literally no racing or multiplayer existence in that game but it receives all these cool cars.
Just heart breaking.
Something has definitely improved, be it the players themselves or the matchmaking. I had the most intense 1v1 battle last night for the lead at Watkins Glen that spanned the entire race. Neither one of us was going to let the other have it easily and, except for a mistake on my part at turn 1, no contact was made despite several passes launched through various corners.
Who cares if the lobby doesn’t always fill up when racing like that occurs.
I agree, obvisouly licensing is an issue, but also obviously a lot of cars are shared between the motorsport and horizon series. How can Turn10 see all the new cars, and specifically track only and race cars in the horizon series and not feel like they are really being outdone in a game that is serisouly lacking content.
Actually, by the 1 year mark we should have something significant. The game is slowly improving and it appears that the updates are ground work for a decent change. If nothing else, A.I. most likely will be better to race against and better at race adjudication. Meaning that player who’s been playing “Pass the It”, with the penalty system, will finally be dissuaded from those sorts of shenanigans.
My money for the 1 year anniversary is that Microsoft shuts down the studio as there is no way theyre making money on this dumpster fire
By the one year mark the game will probably be half way to where it should have been on initial launch.
And sadly I bet their takeaway wouldn’t be “don’t release a half baked drip feed games as a service first party game” it will be “no one wants racing sim focused games”
Same old song & dance: they might put up a blog post and/or a livestream patting themselves on the back as they recap the “pRoGrEsS” they’ve made, sugar-coating or ignoring the problems, while mentioning that they value community feedback.
It’s always either silence, or speaking without saying anything, or misleading hype.
The game will make it to the one year mark - “No Promises”.
Just give me anything which is specifically built for professional track racing!!
Proximity Radar
1st anniversary will see it still lacking content that the previous Motorsport had and they will discount the price 75% and pick up 3 more customers on Steam that leave negative reviews
I think at 1 year mark, this game will be as dead as horizon 5 multiplayer is now.
The only prediction it will get is - there will be a LOT of Recycled cars added.
They will shut down the servers at the year 1 anniversary.
