That would be fun. I want the 396 Chevelle back as well, that was a fun car. And while we’re at it, why not bring back the GTO Judge and '63 Corvette Grand Sport? Lots of good options.
How about fixing the schtupid event lab?
I didn’t know it was broken. Haven’t dabbled in the track builder too much lately. What’s wrong with it?
They might have fixed the problem which was cloning objects that would lose placement location. Then you couldn’t select them or move them or even delete them. But if they happened to be in the way of your track your car would hit them.
I’ve had them invade the last few track designs I was working on. Now they are just garbage. So I’d have to just scrap them and start from ground zero.
It’s just the spirit of Horizon - I should really send them a Thank You!
The numbers for the Lucid Air Sapphire are 1,234 hp and 1,430 lb ft. Top speed 205 mph 427 miles of range 1.89 seconds 0-60 mph. These numbers are huge.
Possibly an unpopular opinion here but since it seems we’re getting the Sapphire trim level of the Lucid Air I wish they’d give us the option to downtune it to the other three factory specs. We can always take a car and tune it up to the moon but rarely can we go the other direction.
Just created a suggestion for car sorting as it might be useful for some folks. Vote on it if you like the idea. Sort cars by feul types
they are giving no hints for the upcoming trial races in terms of class…
So bummed they didn’t bring back the ‘57 Thunderbird but very happy to see the ‘62 Lincoln back! And a random mid 60s Plymouth? Let’s go!
(Now when’s the Cobra Termi found in the files going to join? )
Mmmm they showed the car pack but did not say or list on air what makes or models they are
Yet another paid car pack for FH5?
Hey PGG, how about a map expansion which seamlessly connects to the main Mexico area? I’d pay for that.
That said, the cars for this season are a nice bunch with some real surprises to be found. I still prefer the old 1969 Firebird Trans Am to the one we’ll be getting but I love the spread of classic land yachts. Glad to see the GTO Judge returning, too.
I also miss the '57 Thunderbird.
Edit: Ack, I’m forgetting two important details. New rims are always welcome and what was shown of the new races look great! Huge thank you for adding new permanent race routes!
Great cars, great carpack. I love PGG every month a little more. I hope they continue monthly car packs. Of course another expansion would be great. Maybe track orientated.
I still don’t understand why they keep on insisting on re-adding the '68 Firebird over the '69 Firebird from Motorsport. I called the Judge, so I’m happy about its inclusion. Never got to drive the Continental in Motorsport 4, so I’m curious as to how that will drive. Also, got to admit, while I like classic muscle, Motorsport getting the GMA T.50 and Horizon not getting it at the moment kind off kills any excitement for this current update.
New cars = not really my cup of tea, but overall nice set. Probably will use only Firebird.
New rims = (now give me option to sort them by weight
)
New tracks (+ added to online roster) = (although no circuits
)
Also, it surprises me that devs don’t have better tool to create tracks - that is reference to “it takes the same amount of time to make reverse route as to make new one”
New paid car pack = (too many of them)
Overall: pretty good update
PS. since when that car have widebody? That is 87 Firebird, right?
Makes sense if EventLab is essentially a more “user-friendly” version of their track building tools, which, despite the recent improvements, are still really clunky and require saint levels of patience.
Ford GT MK2 n Ford GT MK4 should’ve been in that carpack in place of those two(one truck n one van). Come on PGG we’re paying for it…
Really looking forward to the new courses, great to see they’ll be fully utilised this time as well.
8 new cars from the playlist, again good.
I thought the last (well current) series was just treading water + as average as can be because of FM’s release, doing very little to try and ensure everyone gives the majority their time to that instead.
This seems like it was well planned to mark the end of FM’s honeymoon period, and as an accidental bonus for PG their franchise’s big brother has either disappointed, annoyed or driven a large chunk of people away already, making the timing of this upcoming series even better.
New widebody kit (I think it’s from FM7).
The ZL1 and Mustang 350R will get one too.
