When I attempt to go on the multiplayer, I get the message: “The Forza Horizon service is not available”

Have you checked your in game messages to see if you have been banned?

Since the last past days, Horizon Server seems to have problems. I use to receive a note “Server Unavailable” either on multiplayer mode and 1000 club as well. What could be the problem?

Having the same problems with the servers been like this now since last week. Always saying the servers are unavailable you will not earn any XP. Then they come back on and then go off again

This is happening to me, when i first put the game on, it says the servers are unavailable but when quit out to the main menu & go back to the game, they’re back on again. It’s a bug or a glitch.

This is also happening to me as well. Working on getting my Forza rewards tier to tier 6 was hoping to finish it off in Horizon but it doesn’t look like it will work. Wondering if the servers are down permanently anyone know if this is the case?

Same thing is happening here. its been an off and on issue for a couple of days now… it will work for a few minutes then out for hours. I can play online but wont gain XP for a while, then i start earning XP again for a few races, then back to servers down again.
I hope this gets fixed or there is some sorta solution out there.
This happened as well when I try to join a Car Club after 30 seconds it says “CLUB ERROR” and it declines the request. Anyways it appears the server is fixed and operations are back to normal.

I’m getting this issue now, the problem is, I can’t even check my messages to see if I was banned which I doubt, because I haven’t played it in a month or 2
