For some reason or another I now cannot access marketplace, clubs, rivals and messege centre along with community vinyls and tunes. I have reached the part of the game where this content is unlocked (I’m level 73). I get a messege whenever I try to access any of this saying ‘The forza horizon 4 servers are unavailable’
From what I’ve read online, some people have experienced this due to game bans? However I haven’t recieved a messege in game, on the Xbox app, or via linked email. So I doubt it is that (plus I haven’t done anything that would result in a ban to start with).
I have had the same issue, came back off my vacation abroad and had a message saying I have been banned till 2050 and a bunch of emails from Microsoft saying my account was compromised, submitted a ticket a week ago and no response. Can’t play any multiplayer features on my gamertag. Really does suck, hope it gets sorted as I have proof with everything.
I have the same problem same message and can’t access auction, designs etc. It been two weeks now tried hard reboot and uninstalling then re installing still nothing
I Dont know the exact reason, but I can access all content again. Must of been server issues or the reason you stated (although no ban messege was recieved so I’m doubtful).
I’m having the same problem as well. Constantly getting disconnected and now can’t access vital parts of the game. Earlier it would crash back to home the second you pushed the forzathon store button. But no ban message.
It seems like anytime you guys touch the game it gets worse instead of better. It no longer makes me mad… it’s at the point of just pure frustration.
I am having the same issue since reaching level 200 can’t access anything other than just the normal game parts can’t go online, auction house, etc etc please sort it ASAP because what is the point of having a gold account to play and use online features when you are locked out of them what an utter joke.

Same here it’s been like this for 2 days now on xbox 1 for me, keeps saying failed to connect to forza server, but I can join other people in the lobby thing but no access to auction house tuner/livery from other people and a few other things… I can’t seem to find any information about how to fix this for Xbox 1 anywhere…It’s like half the game is missing
Same for me on xbox 1 S past 2 days failed to connect to forza server or says it’s unavailable. I can’t seem to find any information on a fix or anything I could even try… I don’t know if it’s down for everyone or just me, but i can join people and see them in the world sometimes but no auction house or the tunes/liverys from other people, makes me sad I feel like I’m missing half the game.
I’m having the same issue as mentioned here, but when i go to check updates, it says I don’t have any. my current version of FH4 is 1.197.907.0. Which was last updated 10/13/2018. Also, when I go to the Microsoft store under the update tab, i get yet another error of 0x8000FFFF. On top of the feature locked stuff in Horizon 4, whenever I try to connect to a convoy and view the diagnostics error, it says i’m in northern Europe (i’m in the midwest USA) and a bunch of zero’s for stuff.
UPDATE: I don’t know if this has anything to do with the issues, but it seemed to happen after I installed the 1979 Talbot Sunbeam Lotus.
This has happened for me also no message about a ban or anything like that it happended when the new summer season started in Horizon. Hope this gets fixed as I love the Horizon series
I’m having the same issue as well. I hadn’t played for 2 days but when I logged back on and updated the game, I started getting the “Forza Horizon 4 server is not currently available. Please try again later.” message which sucks because this current forzathon seems like a tone of fun.
