Forza Horizon 5 running horrible on my PC pls help me

i am kinda new to Forza

i recently installed horizon 5 over game pass on my PC but it is running horrible:
i got a 2070 Super, I7-9700k and 32 GB Ram, Win 10

every other modern game like Assassins Creed Valhalla or Halo Infinite or BF 2042 is running almost on max settings

if i choose medium settings on Horizon 5 the game starts freezing for a few seconds and the road itself disappears.

anyone got an idea what could be the problem?

i already reinstalled it twice. my graphics driver is up to date.

I had the same problem a while back; it turned out that, for me, the problem was my hard drive. Luckily, I also have a small SSD that I normally only use as a boot drive so I reinstalled the game on that and it solved the problem completely.

Is the game installed on SSD?
