Hello, ive been playing this game the past 5 days or so without any issues at a mediocre 30-40fps.
However, recently, for no reason whatsoever, my game has decided to run at a consistent 5 fps right after the game loads into the autoshow.
Ive already uninstalled, and reinstalled the game and this still happens, I’m so frustrated right now I don’t know what to do.
Changing the video settings has 0 effect on my fps. Has anybody figured this out and has a solution for this?

Its an older setup but the game shouldn’t be running so badly when I launch it, especially when I’m not even racing. Also out of the 30 times I launch the game, it will work like once if I’m lucky.
And then the next day when i turn off my pc and I come back it will go back to 5fps again.
Things ive done to solve this.
Reset xbox app, reset horizon app. Changed video settings to the very low, made 0 difference in framerate.
Yesterday I moved the horizon app to another hard drive and it suddenly went back to normal, I can play online with no issues.
Today I open the app again now it gives me the same problem.
Tried looking everywhere online for a solution but I think I’m the only one with this issue.
