hi everyone , i am new to the forum , i want to take your advices regarding the fh5 and logitech g923 , i play the game on xbox one s and i read all over the internet about some issues in the game when connecting the wheel and the shifter , is this was fixed or the problem stills there .

I have been having issues with my G923 loosing force feedback and the shifter not working since horizon 4 and with 5 also and has not been fixed, ALL other games work just fine need for speed, Grid, dirt, hell even motorsport 7 works., I don’t know why the problem persist with this game only.
Been Having issues with the G920 for years so never bothered with the G923.
Never been able to map the LSB & RSB buttons ( even though on my 3rd one now ) in ANY Forza game.
Despite tickets to T10, PGG, Microsoft and Logitech, none of them has a clue and just keep pointing you at the others.
Never been fixed and probably never will be.
Real pain for some stuff like resetting car position or switching the Mach E from RWD to AWD etc.
Suspect the G923 issues will persist for a long time yet till they all get together and agree who’s at fault.
I have been able to get a G29 and a G920 to work in Modded GTA-V with better feeling FFB and full button mapping… - Total nonsense. - There is also actual clutch slippage and gear grinding… The handbrake is fully functional without oddly killing throttle input. I seriously wish these guys would put more emphasis on the whole driving experience within their Vehicle/Racing game.
