I’m using the Microsoft Store on my Windows 10 Desktop with Windows 20H2, and build 19042.804.
When I am installing the last 47 MB of data it goes to my local restore point, then when it tries to finish downloading I get an “error” with code 0x80073D0D.
I’ve tried basically everything and I have no clue what I want to do at this point, I could go to Steam on March 9th and lose all my Xbox data, which nobody really wants. I can’t reset my PC since I have no hard drive to store important files / larger games like Microsoft Flight Simulator. Although, I can download literally everything else on the Windows Store apart from Forza Horizon 4.
I did download Forza Horizon 4 a while ago when I had Xbox game pass ultimate but I bought the game last year to finally own it. When my subscription ended, I deleted the game off of my HDD.
Now, since I bought it, I downloaded the game onto my SSD by accident. I wanted to move Forza Horizon 4 to my HDD but I would get an error. I decided to delete the game and download it again. However, when I am on the Microsoft store and I select the HDD and click install…nothing happens…
Contacted Microsoft about this issue and talked with them for an hour. They kept transferring me and I repeated my problem over and over again. Eventually, they just kicked me out of the waiting room.
Any help would be appreciated!
