First tip.
Inside the black lines on the Bridge, there are usually a car drop, sometimes 2. This is a very good spawn point. The roads highlighted in red near the Reservoir usually have a few car drops, too. The road highlighted in red that is just east of the Derwent Water is a hidden gem. This road itself can have 2 to 6 car drops on it and around it, sometimes more. typically this road has extremely low player population, too. The 2 dots on the waterfall are car drops: Sometimes they appear.
the Express Railyard is another hidden gem. Low player population and 1 to 4 drops. Surrounding area has a few too. Ambleside is a HUGE hidden gem: It can have 1 to 4 car drops. Also, like the Railyard, the surrounding area has some too! And, after every time the arena shrinks, new car drops spawn, and if people leave areas untouched, it’ll fill up and have a lot.

I tried recently. There were only 5 of us. I won easily. I just look for better cars. Don’t challenge and keep moving.
