If you choose Tokyo it will need to be an island with connection to another country with the diversities necessary for the game to be complete. I’d like to see a long road across the ocean to Rio de Janeiro, have you?
Or simply choose Germany or Dubai and make Tokyo a DLC!

Either Japan or California would be the best move for them. Either way we go they need a larger congested city gameplay with larger area and scope, and please for the love of god put in a parking garage PLEASE!!!

Personally I would love an open road racing game to be done in the UK. We already have loads of games set in America, Japan, France, Hawaii, Brazil, Australia, but I really think the UK has plenty to offer, Motorways, Twisty A roads through beautiful country settings, and busy streets and cities.
Plus unless you count the getaway back on the ps2, I believe I’m right in saying it’s never been done. There’s plenty of motoring heritage from the likes of Aston Martin, Jaguar, TVR, ect… plus we have BTCC and world famous race tracks like Brands hatch, Silverstone, also it’s the birth place of the world’s most famous Car TV Show TopGear. I feel that whenever a new racing game comes out whether it be Forza Horizon, NFS, Test Drive Unlimited ect… England gets forgotten and I really don’t know why? Also with the last Horizon being Australia, a lot of right hand drive cars have already been modelled. I love the Forza franchise so much that I sold my PS4 Just to get an Xbox one with Horizon 2 and I own every Forza game right back to the original Forza motorsport on the original Xbox. To be able to drive through twisty British A roads in a classic E Type Jag would be a dream come true.

How about they take all 3 previous horizon maps (maybe/hopefully uptade horizon 1 and 2’s maps to be on the same level as horzizon 3’s map) and put them together and make the airport even more usefull in the way that we use it to travel between them and maybe even a big bridge connecting them.

I would like to see the next Forza Horizon: Forza Horizon 4, to be in California, like San Diego maybe. But I would really enjoy it being in Las Angeles, perfect car cruising location, there’s race tracks there… it would be nice if they had the iconic road: Rodeo Drive… if they choose California I would definitely do las angeles, just have the whole city of las angeles, to give the players more freedom to do things on a large map! They could even extend the location range and make it all the way down to San Diego! That would be amazing! Thanks Turn10! 
I would like one that would do a Saint Lawrence River/Lake Erie/Lake Ontario/New England game. That area has a ton of mountains, valleys, farms and Forests. There are some major landmarks, like The Old Man of the Mountain, Mount Washington, Statue of Liberty, Niagara Falls, Saratoga Racetrack, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, Canada’s capital and many more. It would combine two countries (USA and Canada), there would be many major cities (New York, Boston, Detroit, Toronto, Montréal, Ottawa, Québec and more) and the biodiversity (as stated above). There would also be many States (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont and parts of Michigan) and two Canadian Provinces (Ontario and Québec).
I agree a map with Los Angeles to San Diego would be awesome. You could take the pacific coastal highway between the two

I don’t think it can be Ibiza as that was the location for Test Drive Unlimited 2 and if you get another open world, driving game with character customization…yeah. Which also means Oahu is out.
But, I’m thinking Japan. Because…they’ve done North America, Europe and Australia. So, I would suspect they’re going to either Japan, Brazil or somewhere in Africa. Although, they could surprise us and hit Antartica, but, I don’t see it. It’d be fun and unusual…but…maybe as an expansion…for like South America…but yeah. My bet is either Glorious Nihon or Brazil.

It be really incredible to race and explore in a location that is inhabited by anthromorphic talking animals with 6 unique environments along with a Bunnyburrow expansion. I have a lot of ambitious but great ideas with this new location.
